What can you do if a student is accidentally unenrolled and lost all grades?
- Go to your course homepage in Moodle.
- Click on Participants in the left column.
- On the right-hand side, click on the Enroll Users button.
- Search for the student's name in the Select users search box as if you were adding a new student.
- Click on Show more.
- Make sure that the "Recover user's old grades if possible" checkbox is selected. You can also set the enrolment day from the beginning of the course.
